- Floral Design and Event Decor (décor, concept, theme, colors, etc.) – additional fees apply

- Coordination with all vendors via email & phone, and in-person appointments
- Creation & management of Payment Schedule
- Schedule vendor meetings around your availability

- Assist with general gratuity guidelines for vendors

Day of Management
Because (1) one day is not enough…
We start 8 weeks from the big day to ensure a seamless execution by all of your vendors. For the couples who have planned their wedding, and would like help in managing all the details & any loose ends, our Day of Management package is perfect. We attend finalization meetings with your vendors, and create {& execute!} a detailed timeline for all of your vendors. You’ve done an excellent job in planning your wedding, and now you get to relax & enjoy all of your hard work, knowing you are in great hands.
Your Day of Management package includes several meetings with your dedicated team, rehearsal management, and a full day of on-site coordination at your wedding.

Engagements
Yes – we can even help you pop the big question! After coordinating our most recent celebrity engagement “photo shoot” (3 locations in the city, a big truck, and lots of crowd control were involved!), we are honored to begin this journey with you, at the “asking” stage.
